From succulent rib-eye to a massive T-bone steak for two, the Scottish beef is the prize of our dinner menu. It’s what you’d expect from a hotel once owned by a local butcher; lots of interesting cuts and perfectly aged steaks. There are plenty of other options too, from sustainably sourced fish and chips to burgers, and punchy veg curries; all served in our inventive wood-panelled restaurant. We’ve even made our own homemade pork scratchings for you to try – yum!
