Woven into Scottish history and culture, milling of a bygone era is at the heart of what we do at the Park. Inspired by all things textile, we wanted to pay homage to the Scottish flour mills too by creating a tempting new bakery menu. Make yourself comfortable or grab a bite to go – take your pick – we’re open all day from 9am.
Start your day with the smell of freshly baked bread and slow roasted, fair trade coffee.
Our Head Chef Jenny bakes daily; choose from a range of delicious sandwiches, sourdough baps, artisan loaves, homemade soups, and sweet treats like salted caramel muffins and candied orange custard tarts. Or move straight for the pastries lined up at the counter. And the coffee? Expertly made with an Italian Faema machine.
Staying with us? Enjoy a warm buttery croissant, a piece of fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice and a tea or coffee as part of our continental breakfast. Available from 8am – 10am (if you need something earlier, just let Val or one of the team know when you arrive).
