We’re super confident that you’ll always find the best price when you book directly with us. On the very rare occasion that you spot a cheaper price on another website within 24 hours of booking, just let us know and we’ll be happy to match it for you.
There are a few important things to note about our Price Promise:
Price Promise applies to individual hotel accommodation bookings only. It does not apply to dining, activities, or other on site facilities, nor is it available for group bookings of more than six rooms. The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
If you have pre paid your reservation, any price match difference will be added as a credit to your room account. No cash refund will be given.
Check in from 3:00pm on your day of arrival and checkout by 11:00am on your day of departure
Reception is available from 7:00am until 11:00pm. If someone is not at the desk to help you, you will be able to find someone nearby in the bakery or the bar.
Our Feature and Signature rooms can be made into twin rooms. This can be requested when making your booking.
While we do not have family rooms available at The Park, our sister hotel Peebles Hydro has plenty of options for your family. Families are very welcome to join us for dining at The Park.
Yes. There’s free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Although our Wi-Fi is free for guests, it is only accessible for devices that can accept our terms and conditions on the Wi-Fi landing page in order to authenticate the device.
Of course. Although, we do only allow two well behaved dogs per room and there is a charge of £30 per night.
Dogs are welcome in the Ballantyne Bar, but not in the restaurant or TRYST.
We offer plenty of ‘add-ons’ – flowers, chocolate, wine – you’ll find them all under the ‘Personalise your stay’ section when making your booking.
All of our rooms are non-smoking, with smoking being prohibited inside the building too. Smoking inside our rooms will incur an automatic £250 charge (making it the most expensive cigarette you have ever had).
Yes, we have one charging station located in the main carpark. The station has three plugs, so a maximum of 3 cars can be charged at once. Please note that guests will need to provide their own charging cable. Stations are only available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be pre-booked. Yes, we offer a wide selection of gift vouchers which can be bought online. Gift vouchers can be printed at home or emailed to your loved one in minutes
We have gift vouchers for just about everything. Activities, overnight stays, dinner, monetary… we are sure you will find something to make one happy giftee.
There is a barrier across the entrance to the car park. When entering, the barrier will open automatically. To exit, you will need a code which staff can help you find.
Our bar, restaurant and bakery areas are accessible on the ground floor. However, we have no rooms available on the ground floor. Lift access to rooms on the first floor is limited and some rooms require further steps to get in. There is no lift access to the second floor. We have very limited rooms with walk-in showers. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch with our Resort Sales team.
After 11:00pm our main door is locked. Guests arriving after this time can use the telephone at the front door to reach a member of staff who can assist you with check in.
Our tasting menu fine dining experience is available Friday and Saturday evenings only. Bookings must be made at least one week in advance.
Breakfast is served in our restaurant. Lunch and dinner are served in the Ballantyne Bar. We always recommend booking dinner in advance.
